Send an email to the address below with the required subject line and details. We will process your request within a maximum of 30 business days.

- Your full name
- Your Facebook or Instagram username (@username)
- The name of the business you communicated with through Konectus
- The approximate period of the conversations
We will respond and complete the deletion within a maximum of 30 (thirty) business days from receipt.
