Terms and Conditions

This document defines the conditions and policies that govern the relationship between you (client) and KONECTUS.

KONECTUS is a Software as a Service (SaaS) for businesses (B2B) and individuals (B2P) that facilitates customer relationship management through centralization and distribution of contacts and customer service, with multichannel communication coverage.

1Services Provided and Contractual Documents

KONECTUS is a comprehensive multichannel CRM solution that includes:

WhatsApp Business

Main communication channel with full integration for business messaging

Meta Channels

Integration with Facebook and Instagram for omnichannel communication

In addition to these Terms, the Terms of Use of WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or another platform will apply as applicable.

2Parties to the Agreement

KONECTUS

Company providing the multichannel CRM service, responsible for platform development and maintenance

CLIENT

Company or individual who contracts the licensing of the KONECTUS solution

3Pricing and Commercial Terms

Applicable prices and features of each plan are available on our official pricing page.

Plan selection is made at the time of contracting within the platform through the subscriptions menu.

Prices shown do not include taxes or withholdings, which are the exclusive responsibility of the CLIENT.

Purchases of credits for campaign functionalities are made independently and additionally.

4Payment Methods

Accepted Methods

Credit and debit cards. International card may be required depending on location.

Billing

Charges are made monthly in advance, first payment at the time of contracting.

Important Warnings

  • Payment delays authorize service suspension
  • Improper chargeback requests may result in contract termination
  • Amounts owed generate 1% monthly interest and 10% penalty

5Usage Requirements

To use KONECTUS, the following is required:

Updated and compatible web browser
Compatible mobile device
Acceptance of these Terms
Payment according to contracted plan
Registration and maintenance of updated data
Service configuration according to needs

6Party Declarations

KONECTUS and the CLIENT declare that:

They are legally capable to contract and have all necessary licenses
They comply with their legal, tax and labor obligations
They have technical requirements to guarantee service provision
There is no obstacle preventing compliance with contractual obligations
They will act in good faith and transparency during the contract term
They commit to comply with all applicable legislation

7Modifications to Terms

The CLIENT acknowledges that KONECTUS may make unilateral changes to these Terms to include developments in services and/or communication channels.

8Intellectual Property

The Parties commit to mutually respect copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights.

Any development made on the platform will be considered property of KONECTUS, with the CLIENT having only the license of use.

The Parties commit not to reproduce, decompile or reverse engineer.

9Secrecy and Confidentiality

Given the nature of services, the Parties recognize that confidential information may be exchanged.

All information not available to the public and known by virtue of the contractual relationship is considered confidential.

Confidentiality duties will remain in effect until 5 years after the contractual relationship ends.

10Contract Termination

Exceptional Circumstances

  • False or inaccurate Client data
  • Material breach of conditions
  • Use for unauthorized or illegal purposes
  • Cessation of payments or bankruptcy declaration

Cancellation by Client

Can cancel subscription at any time from the platform

Termination results in account deactivation and data loss

11Limitation of Liability

KONECTUS will not be responsible for:

Direct or indirect damages resulting from platform use
Technical failures or temporary service interruptions
Data loss due to factors external to KONECTUS control
Blocks imposed by third parties (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram)
Improper use of access credentials by the Client
Damages caused by force majeure or fortuitous events

12Message Content

It is exclusively the CLIENT's responsibility to choose and prepare the content of transmitted messages.

When communicating, the CLIENT must:

  • Always identify themselves clearly and legitimately
  • Not traffic dubious or unidentifiable content
  • Respect third party rights and the social function of communication
  • Observe current legislation and rules of channels used

Messages must have strictly commercial, corporate or institutional character.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the KONECTUS platform, the CLIENT expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
