How much does Konectus cost?+
Three fixed-price plans: Inicio ($49 USD/mo), Profesional ($149 USD/mo) and Business ($349 USD/mo), with ~10% off when billed annually. Today, during the closed beta, Konectus is free — and early adopters keep 50% off for life at launch.
What currency do I pay in and how does billing work?+
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Pay month to month, or annually with ~10% off the list price.
What if I need more operators than my plan includes?+
Add as many as you need for $3 USD per extra operator per month, on any plan. No renegotiation, no forced upgrades.
What are message credits and why do they exist?+
Some channels charge per message at the provider level: SMS, the official WhatsApp API and LINE. Instead of hiding that cost, we handle it with a transparent balance: Profesional includes $10 USD/mo (~5,000 messages) and Business $50 USD/mo (~25,000). Need more? 100 credits for $1 USD (~500 messages). QR channels (WhatsApp Lite, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger) don't consume credits.
How does the AI credit work?+
Each plan includes a monthly balance for AI features (summaries, suggestions, sentiment analysis): $10 USD on Inicio, $50 on Profesional and $100 on Business. It is usage-based and you can buy extra credit on any plan.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?+
We warn you first: nothing gets cut off without you knowing. You can add operators ($3 USD/mo each), buy extra credits, or upgrade whenever you decide.
How does the 50% for life early adopter deal work?+
Join the closed beta today and at launch you pay half the list price of your plan, forever: Inicio $24.50, Profesional $74.50 or Business $174.50 USD/mo. The discount applies to the platform fee; third-party usage (extra message and AI credits) is billed separately without discount.
Can I cancel anytime? What about my data?+
Yes: no lock-in, no penalties. And your data is yours — you can export your contacts and conversations if you decide to leave.
